Hiring for Customer Service Representative
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service person to join our friendly, experience team! You will interact with customers on print orders from the placement of the order, through the details of the graphics and proofing process, and will see the order through production and bindery to the point of being delivery-ready.
Oversee print orders from start to finish
Interact in a professional manner with team members and customers
Ensure quality assurance on all printed materials
Primary point of contact between clients and company
Prior printshop or sign shop experience preferred but not required.
Prior customer service experience a big plus.
Computer capable (learn new software, be quick on the keyboard etc0
Detail-oriented and organized
